Pilates
Before achieving her degree in Physiotherapy, Robyn began her career instructing pilates and through this discovered her love for human movement. Pilates is an integral aspect of rehabilitation and promotes ultimate core strength and stability, improved posture, and muscle balance and flexibility.
We offer private pilates classes to ensure our clients can perform at their highest function, as well as area specific group classes allowing focus on particular areas of concern, for example: neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, hip mobility and posture correction.
About
Robyn qualified as a physiotherapist in 2018 and has since acquired extensive experience across a variety of sports and orthopaedic clinical settings throughout South Africa. She further advanced her expertise in New Zealand, where she specialized in the management of back and neck pain, as well as chronic pain conditions.
Upon returning to South Africa, Robyn established her private practice in the vibrant and centrally located Kloof Street, Cape Town. She remains committed to continuous professional development by engaging with the latest evidence-based research and clinical courses.
Robyn demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and adopts a holistic approach to physiotherapy, prioritizing accurate assessment and the identification of root causes of pain and injury. Her goal is to not only treat symptoms but also to prevent recurrence and promote long-term wellbeing.
